Family Dispute Resolution

$800 (plus GST) per party ($880 inc GST)
Includes:

• Individual telephone intake session (generally allow 45 minutes)

• Up to 4-hour joint mediation session

• Preparation of a simple parenting plan

• Section 60i certificate if requested

Other Private Mediation Services
Workplace disputes, business disagreements, elder care, inheritance, and other matters.

Half day (up to 4 hours) $800 (plus GST) per party ($880 inc GST)

Full day (up to 8 hours) $1200 (plus GST) per party ($1320 inc GST)

Custom arrangements available, depending on the matter.

Venue Hire (if required) – cost to be shared between parties or allocated by agreement.

Fees are payable in advance. Additional mediation time can be arranged if required, with costs discussed upfront.
