About Me

I’m an accredited mediator with a strong legal and commercial background and a practical, down-to-earth approach. I believe the best outcomes are often reached outside of a courtroom - through calm, structured conversations that help people move forward.

I have a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution. Early in my legal career, I worked as Associate to the Honourable Justice Margaret Nyland in the Supreme Court of South Australia.

Alongside my work as a senior legal adviser to a Member of the Legislative Council in the South Australian Parliament - where I deal with complex legislation, negotiations, and policy - I’ve built a mediation practice grounded in independence, empathy, and real-world experience. I bring strong commercial acumen and firsthand knowledge of small business.

I’m also a mother of six, which means I understand pressure, people, and the importance of finding workable solutions that everyone can live with.

I sit on the mediator panels for the Adelaide Magistrates Court and the Small Business Commission SA and conduct pro bono mediations at the Adelaide and Christies Beach Magistrates Courts.

I also serve on the Law Society of South Australia’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
